Shopping with Feet Petite

Welcome to our shoe store. Once you have browsed through our store and selected your shoe style, colour and size, proceed to section including your credit card details. Your card is not automatically charged. Feet Petite uses partial e-commerce for ordering on our site. Your order and credit card details are sent to us via a secure email link from our website and can only be accessed by Feet Petite. Payment is not made when you ‘SEND’ your order. If shoes are out of stock or a transaction is not authorized, we will contact you.

Our online ordering process is quick, easy and secure. Simply select a shoe from our online shop, select your colour and size, and click the "add to cart" button. You will be taken to a secure payment portal, where you can confirm your selection and either return to the shop, or proceed to our online payment system. Easy!

    You may deposit payments into our bank account through bank transfer, on-line banking or personal bank deposits in New Zealand. Please ensure to provide your name as an identifier. Simply send your order now indicating that you will be paying by Bank Transfer then email info@feetpetite.co.nz when you have made your payment. Shoes will be dispatched as soon as we have verified payment.

    Payment by Mastercard or Visa - Local or International credit cards are accepted through our online ordering process. Credit card details are entered and sent through a server using a security certificate and encryption. For exhange rates, consult your local bank or go to http://www.xe.com/ucc/ for a general indication. The rate used for the actual transaction will be the rate current at the time of the transaction.

    Shoes should be delivered to you 1 – 4 days after receipt of payment, anywhere in New Zealand to a physical address. 

    Delivery Charges - New Zealand - $7 per parcel (1 to 4 pair)

    Delivery charge covers, packaging, delivery and insurance. Shoes will be delivered by courier.

    Rural Delivery New Zealand - $10 per parcel (1 to 4 pair)

    As parcels are transferred from our courier to the Rural Delivery Courier there is a 2nd courier charge incurred.

    		Feet Petite accepts and processes orders to Australia only. All shoe and freight prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars which is inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). NZ GST is not incurred on overseas orders and will be deducted from your invoiced price. Please include an email address and we will confirm freight charges and total invoiced costs BEFORE sending your order. This gives you the option to cancel before dispatch.
     
    		Damaged Goods Policy  
     
    		Please advise us immediately if goods are received in damaged condition. We will need to notify our courier agents as soon as possible. Please return all damaged goods to us and we will refund your full purchase price plus the cost of return postage or courier fees; or credit these amounts to an alternative purchase of your choice.

    If not completely happy with your shoes, package them up and courier or use Registered Mail back to us within 10 days. Either of these methods provides you with insurance against loss as Feet Petite are not liable for goods lost in transit being returned to us.

    If you wish to return shoes for exchange (the same style for a different size or colour) there is no delivery charge for that exchange. All other returns for re-orders will be charged at the usual per parcel delivery rate. Alternatively, you may choose to be refunded. Your refund will be paid promptly on receipt of shoes, minus the original courier charge.

    Shoes must be returned within 10 days of order and must be in their original condition.

    To ensure your refund, please try shoes on for a short period of time and only on carpet flooring.

    SHOES2U Shopping   What is SHOES2U shopping?  
     

    Feet Petite is an online store that provides access to quality women’s shoes in small sizes (1 – 4 UK) equates to (32 to 35 European). Feet Petite’s online catalogue showcases a great range of women’s small size shoes not generally available through retailers. For those new or apprehensive about buying shoes online, we encourage email correspondence to discuss the fittings of any styles featured on our site.

    We also tour with our shoes. Our SHOES2U Tour provides those with little feet a fantastic shopping opportunity. Feet Petite set up shop for a few hours in a city near you twice a year. At the beginning of Winter and again at the beginning of Summer. Our tour itinerary is advised in advance via a postal brochure to all those registered on our database and/or by an email Newsletter. Tour shopping days are not to be missed as everyone gets to try on shoes, shoes and more shoes and all in sizes especially for little feet. We also feature a couple of seasonal styles as "Tour Specials" and of course, we bring along our "End of Season" mark downs so everyone gets a chance to look for a bargain on our "Specials Table".

    If you are uncertain initially about buying shoes via mail order, please do make the effort to come along to our shopping day. This is a great opportunity to try on all the brands and ascertain their fit for your foot. We‘ll have most of our stock with us, and also have a Specials Table on the Day.
