Terms and Conditions

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and postage/courier is not included in the quoted purchase price. Please refer to Shipping/Postage for delivery details and international rates.

All items are subject to availability. We always try to keep ourselves "in-stock" with the items featured on the website. We will endeavour to keep the website up to date with items that become unavailable, removed. If you were able to order an item that is for some reason out of stock, we will advise you immediately via email with an estimated delivery time or sold out status notification.

Feet Petite has no control over any customs or import duties that could be charged when the package reaches your destination, and you will be responsible for any additional charges that are added by customs.

Please consider that when converting our prices to other currencies or when charging to a credit card there could be a slight variation in price. This could be between 2 and 5 per cent due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges.

The name that will appear on your statement will be Feet Petite.

Delivery Policy


Unless otherwise notified orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt of order. Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery depending your location. Rural delivery can take a little longer.


We ship to Australia. Freight charges are NZ$35 for 1 pair and NZ$50 for 2-3 pairs. We will not ship orders that exceed $1000 in value due to customs restrictions. Allow 5-6 working days for delivery. All Australian orders are required to pay an insurance charge as part of the postage charge. There are no free exchanges on Australia orders, postage and insurance charges apply for exchanges.

Returns Policy

Items purchased may be returned or exchanged.

To qualify for a 100% refund items must be returned within 10 days from the date received and must not have been used or damaged in any way. Goods must be returned in original condition, box and with your receipt enclosed. Also include a note with your name, address, contact details and the reason for your return.

Goods returned in damaged condition will NOT be refunded.

Footwear should be tried on, on a carpeted area to avoid damage.

You will be responsible for the cost of postage/courier for returned goods unless the original item was picked incorrectly or faulty.

You will be responsible for the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced. We recommend using an insured postage/courier method as we will not accept any responsibility for items we ourselves have not shipped.

We will not be liable for customer returns that do not reach us.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty please contact us via email as soon as possible to discuss fault. 

When goods are returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase we reserve the right to repair/replace or refund any faulty items. 

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund or credit on the purchased price providing they meet the criteria stated in our Returns policy. 

Refunds to credit cards can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account from the date of transactions due to bank delays.


We value your privacy. We keep your name and contact information on our database for the purpose of contacting you about offers related to Feet Petite and to process your orders. 

Any information you give to Feet Petite will be held with the utmost care. We will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information without your permission unless we believe it is appropriate to comply with any legal issues.

Under the Privacy Act 1993 you have the right to access, amend or remove your details at any time.

Your credit card details do not get processed or transmitted through Feet Petite’s website. All transactions are processed through a totally secure payment service provider Direct Payment Solutions (DPS).

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. All transactions are processed in $NZ. Overseas transactions will be charged in $NZ at the exchange rate at the time of transaction.  Payments are processed through Payment Express (by DPS)
